Abel Equipment manufacture a variety of moulds for a wide range of block machines. Production boards can vary in size from 600mm x 480 to 1400mm x 1100mm.
Brick, Block and Paving moulds are designed and developed by our in-house design team. The material used to manufacture the mould sets are selected through experience, that we have acquired over the years and the continued feedback received from our clients. Abel has been manufacturing mould sets since 2006.
The highest quality imported European steel is used to manufacture the critical elements of the mould and tamper. A careful combination of steels are selected to perform critical tasks. Welding jigs and fixtures are used to assemble our products and only high end consumables are used in the process.
