The Abel automatic handling system takes care of the wet product on the production board from the moment they leave the brick/block making machine.
The boards are transferred via the wet product conveyor to the stacker. The stacker creates 12x2 vertically stacked boards , which are removed by the automatic finger car fitted with multi fingers.
The finger car runs on a pre-installed rail system that is cast into the concrete.The finger car lifts the production boards from the stacker, retracts and moves sideways. It then enters the curing chambers and places the boards on a fabricated structural frame that are spaced as not to damage the wet product on the boards.
±24 hours later after curing the boards will be removed using the same finger car and taken to the de-stacker. The boards are then run out to the Abel cubing station.
The Abel cubing station places the dry product on a slatted conveyor for strapping and empty boards are returned to the brick/block machine on the return conveyor.
